Studies jurisprudence ("Dr. jur."). Musical education: Studies with Carl Prohaska and Carl Lafite (theory), from 1916 private lessons with Arnold Schoenberg. Works as a pianist, repetiteur and conductor. Takes part in the concerts of "Verein fuer musikalische Privatauffuehrungen".

1931 Conductor in Duisburg
1936 Together with Marcel Rubin and Friedrich Wildgans organizes the concerts of "Musik der Gegenwart" ("Music of our Time") in Vienna
1942 Murdered 10 or 11 July in concentration camp Majdanek (Izbica?)
